Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational programme, gaining exposure across key business areas such as Product Marketing, Service Business, Industrial Automation, and Digital & Software solutions
  • Contribute to real projects and initiatives that drive business growth and sustainability goals
  • Apply engineering and problem-solving skills to support innovation and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Final-year students (2025) or recent graduates (2024)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer & Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Matric results: 70% average in Mathematics & Physics, 60% in English
  • Tertiary average: 65% or higher
  • 0–2 years of work experience
